What is JG Analytics?
JG Analytics is an internal application of Just Gravity sp. z o.o., a YouTube content agency for B2B clients based in Warsaw, Poland.
The application pulls performance data from our clients' YouTube channels (via YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API, both read-only) into our reporting infrastructure (Google Sheets in our Drive folder). The data is used for daily client reporting, content package optimization (thumbnail/title testing), and cross-client learning.
Who uses it
Exclusively clients who signed a formal agency contract with Just Gravity (approximately 20-50 total clients over the next 2 years). Each client authorizes the application individually with their own Google account that owns their YouTube channel. Access is read-only and can be revoked anytime by the client at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

youtube.readonly— read channel metadata, video lists, basic public statisticsyt-analytics.readonly— read YouTube Analytics reports (CTR, watch time, retention)
Both scopes are read-only. JG Analytics does not modify the channel, videos, descriptions, thumbnails, comments, or any client content. It does not access any other Google services (Gmail, Drive, Calendar etc.).
Data handling
Full details in our Privacy Policy. Summary:
- Data stored in Google Sheets (our Drive folder) + locally on Just Gravity infrastructure
- OAuth refresh tokens encrypted in OS keyring on operator machines
- Data deleted within 30 days of contract termination
- No sale of data to third parties, no ML training use, no cross-client identifiable data sharing
